·       Floor plan of new home to designate what goes based on what you need and what will fit

• Sort all non-furniture belongings in garage, kitchen, basement and clothes closets to pull out what needs to be taken to the smaller living space, and what can be eliminated.

• Move coordination of all things going to the new space.

• Coordinate between family and friends what they want of your remaining items

• Identify partners for estate sales, consignment or purchase

• Coordinate donations and disposal

• Document and file organization to identify maintenance, service providers, appraisals, receipts and critical structural details of the home that will be passed to new owners or realtor

Residential Property Manager and General Contractor

• Manage home services at previous property including mail, trash, landscapers, cleaning personnel and other seasonal home maintenance.

• Identify needed repairs and coordinate various contractors to complete the work.

• Vendor selection and project management for major repairs including HVAC, plumbing/gas, irrigation systems, painting and drywall.

House Staging and Sale

• Work with realtor to prioritize needed repairs, things to remove, and furniture and decor to keep for staging

• Discretely label everything that stays for staging for how it is to be dispositioned post sale.

• Other staging tasks including acquiring home accents, removing and storing personal items or seasonal outdoor suggestions like updating planters

• Act as Realtor liaison for property questions and showings

• Move out coordination post sale of dispositioned items to their locations.
