Document and file organization to identify maintenance, service providers, appraisals, receipts and critical structural details of the home that will be passed to new owners or realtor
Residential Property Manager and General Contractor
Manage home services at previous property including mail, trash, landscapers, cleaning personnel and other seasonal home maintenance.
Identify needed repairs and coordinate various contractors to complete the work.
Vendor selection and project management for major repairs including HVAC, plumbing/gas, irrigation systems, painting and drywall.
